■ Application requirements

Student Requirements
  1. To study in Japan one must have completed at least 12 years of education.
  2. Our students must have Japanese language ability of N5 or higher or must have Japanese language study experience of 150 hours.
  3. Students must have a clear purpose for learning Japanese.
  4. Students need sufficient financial means to study abroad for two years or have a guarantor (has to be a relative) who is responsible for their economic support.
  5. Applicants must be within five years from the graduation of their last academic record.

4.Application to Sendai Immigration Bureau mid December mid June
5.Issuing of Certificate of Eligibility ・ Payment of tuition fee March September
6.Visa issuance procedure at overseas diplomatic establishments March September
7.Arrival in Japan ・ Admission procedure April October

7. Copy of economic guarantor's deposit bankbook
(for the past 1 years)
in case there is no bankbook, a Declaration about economic guarantor's funds
8. Employment certificate of economic guarantor, income and tax payment certificate (for the past 1 years) -
9. Notary document proving the relationship between the economic guarantor and the applicant -
10. Selection fee = 22,000 yen (incl. 2,000 yen tax) -
